Proudly wear your heart on your chest with our custom Monogrammed Stethoscope Fleece Jacket! These are perfect for any health care provider!

These soft, mid-weight 100% polyester fleece jackets will keep you warm and on-trend with an an embroidered monogram, placed on the left chest, in your choice of monogram style and thread color.

I also include a cute coordinating heat-sealed ribbon zipper pull for a finished look. Please let me select the color used that works best with your thread choices.

These jackets feature a non-pill finish on surface, dyed-to-match zippers and zipper pull, bottom hem with drawcord and toggles, front-zip pockets, raglan sleeves and non-roll elastic cuff, and princess seams for feminine shape. For best results, wash in cold and dry on low-heat.

I used the following for the Jacket Shown: Silver thread for Stethoscope, Sea Green thread for Monogram in the Master Circle Monogram Style on a Navy Jacket.

Since all items are custom-made and personalized, please double-check your size, color, monogram style, thread color, and name/monogram prior to placing your order.

Due to the personalization of my items, I am not able to accept returns or cancellations after the first 24 hours of the order being placed.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Since I do have some ready-to-ship items and others that are completely custom-made, my turnaround times vary by item. The current turnaround time can be found under the Shipping Details tab in each item description. Typically my turnaround is 14-21 business days although larger orders can take more time since I make each item personally.

My business hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.

I do offer a RUSH option if you need your items quicker than my posted turnaround times. Please contact me for details.

Please understanding that the posted turnaround times do NOT include the time it takes for the United States Postal Service to deliver the item once it has shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with every order. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me within three days from receipt of your order and provide a photo of the issue.

My goal is to create items you will love. I will do everything I can to be sure you are satisfied with your order. However, please keep in mind everything is customized just for YOU so they are NOT returnable unless it is an error on my part. Please double-check your size, color, monogram style, thread color, and name/monogram prior to placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact with within three days of the receipt of your package and provide photographs of the damage.

How long does it take you to respond to messages?

My business hours are typically Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturdays until noon.

I try to answer each message as quickly as possible during business hours but, during that time, I am also sewing and making orders so there may be a delay in my response while I give each order my complete attention.

If I have not responded in 24-hours, during the week, please resend your message. I do receive lots of messages and emails each day and, even though I try hard to catch each one, it is possible for me to not see each as it comes through on my feed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don't currently offer a gift wrapping option but I am happy to include a gift note from you at no extra charge.
Please leave the message you would like me to include on the gift note in the Notes to Shop section and I will add it to the package.

Do you offer discounts for weddings, cheer teams or girls' weekends, etc?

I happily offer discounts for larger orders!

On orders of 6 items or more of the same item, I offer Free Shipping for your order.

Holiday Turnaround/Shipping Times

The last day for standard EMBROIDERY orders with no added RUSH fees, with completion and shipping for delivery before Christmas, is Monday December 4, 2017. Holiday completion on all orders is 14-24 days. Please allow extra time for delivery to you via USPS.

I do have lots of Holiday Raglans, Scarves, Can Huggers, hats, etc that have a quicker turnaround time and can be ordered after the above date. If you aren't sure about your item, please contact me!

Can you rush my holiday order?

If you need your item(s) sooner than the posted turnaround times, please contact me before placing your order to see if I can handle your RUSH ORDER request. Please do not place an order and include 'rush' or 'I need sooner' in the Notes to Shop section. I am not able to accommodate any requests that have not been previously approved before the order was placed.

Due to the influx of holiday orders, I am also not able to accommodate requests to rush orders after they are placed. I make each item personally and need to give each the full time and attention it takes to make it. During the holidays, I am working 18+ hour days, seven days a week to complete orders as efficiently as possible and simply am unable to rush every order.
